iTAC (INTELLIGENCE TORQUE ADAPTION CONTROL) SYSTEM

Pioneering in safety, the BYD SEAL features advanced iTAC technology, which intelligently manages drive torque through techniques like torque shifting, precise torque reduction, and negative torque output to minimise or eliminate skidding. The BYD SEAL is powered by the groundbreaking Blade Battery, a game-changer in the EV industry for over 28 years. Designed without relying on scarce raw materials like nickel and cobalt, the Blade Battery has undergone extensive testing in extreme conditions, establishing itself as one of the safest batteries available worldwide.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY

HIGH-EFFICIENCY HEAT PUMP SYSTEM

The BYD SEAL comes standard with an advanced energy-saving heat pump system, which efficiently utilises residual heat from the powertrain, passenger compartment, and batteries to boost thermal efficiency and reduce energy loss. This innovative technology helps extend the driving range, particularly in low-temperature conditions.
